It became a fast hit, breaking into the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and peaking at number 1 on the best R&B/hip-hop album chart. Mr. Scarface, also known as Scarface, is a rapper and hip-hop artist from Houston, Texas. He is best known for being a member of the "Geto Boys" and for being one of the greatest MCs of our time. He got his name from the 1983 cult classic "Scarface" and helped influence a genre known as "mafioso rap." After his debut albums, his popularity soon caused him to overshadow the other Geto Boys. However, Scarface remained in the group, up until 2019 when they finally disbanded.
