Originally a one-man band formed by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, The Foo Fighter's quickly rose to acclaim just after the release of their self titled EP in 1994. Although the band has suffered through many lineup changes through the years, they have managed to accomplish many unprecedented feats for a rock band in modern music history. They have released over ten albums and countless singles as well as having been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as soon as they were eligible in 2021. The Foo Fighters have won 15 Grammy awards over time, including a few for best album, and they are still creating and releasing music today.
