Although not the best Circle Jerks album, “Golden Shower of Hits” ranks as one of the better contributions from the band. It’s punk party music at its core and the rhythm work of tracks like “Under the Gun” is often pointed to as an example of hardcore’s growing musicality.
Dorks age but forever remain. One of the first American pop-punk bands, the Descendents return with "Everything Sucks" to show "young" punks how it's done before Milo has to go back to researching plants or whatever.
One of the earliest progenitors of pop punk, the Descendents made their return (not the first or the last) on "Everything Sucks," in 1996.
